absolutely perfect location, lovely bed, very quick check-in & supportive staff. the breakfast was outstanding with plenty of dishes. we were at the twin/double room, it had perfect view. fairly clean and cosy hotel in old town district.

Awesome location, very-very nice staff, fairly clean venue, exceptionally good breakfast. The view was absolutely fabulous btw. I walked everywhere in Krakow and restaurants and pubs were next to the place. Very peaceful hotel and incredible service. Besides, parking was available nearby.

I appreciated lovely rooms and staff, and so much more. The bed was very comfy. They made my stay nice. Close to a bus station, nice amazing area.

The weather was warm sunny, had quite comfortable stay. Beautifully kept place, clean, superb value. I often visited a pizza bar. The shops and the main shopping centre were right next door.
